A 12-year-old boy from Ohio has tragically died after allegedly being subjected to ice baths as a cruel form of punishment.
Jadako Taylor was found unresponsive in an Akron home on Saturday afternoon, with authorities responding to a report of a child suffering a heart attack. He was rushed to Akron Children’s Hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead.
Police have charged 23-year-old Anthony McCants with felony child endangerment, alleging that he forced Taylor into two ice baths just 45 minutes before his death.
